The RPSC 2nd Grade exam is a state-level teaching recruitment examination organized by RPSC for selecting candidates for 2nd Grade Teacher (TGT) positions in Rajasthan’s secondary schools. It is one of the most preferred exams by graduates with teaching degrees in the state. The post is categorized under Pay Level 11 and falls under Rajasthan’s subordinate teaching services.
The exam aims to recruit qualified and trained graduates to improve the quality of education in government schools. The selected candidates are posted in various districts of Rajasthan based on merit and reservation criteria. The selection process does not include interviews, making it purely merit-based through written examination performance. The posts under this grade are considered more stable and better-paying than contractual or private teaching jobs, which is why lakhs of candidates apply every cycle.
The vacancies for RPSC 2nd Grade Teacher Recruitment are announced subject-wise under various departments such as Secondary Education, Sanskrit Education, etc. Check the subject-wise RPSC 2nd Grade Teacher vacancy details below.
