The RBI Grade B Interview 2026 is the final stage of the selection process & carries 75 marks. Candidates shortlisted based on the Phase-II scores will be called for the round. Before the interview a personality assessment will be conducted but no marks will be awarded for it. Candidates can choose in either Hindi or English. The final merit list will be prepared by combining the marks of Phase-II and the Interview, along with applicable grace marks.

The RBI Grade B Salary offers an attractive pay package along with several allowances and perks. The starting basic pay is ₹78,450 per month. In addition to the basic salary candidates receive allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Grade Allowance & Special Allowance. The initial gross monthly emoluments excluding HRA are around ₹1,50,374. If housing is not provided by the bank, employees can also claim HRA at 15% of the basic pay.
