The online application for the NABARD Development Assistant Recruitment will take place online through the official NABARD website. The NABARD Development Assistant Application Form will be available on the official website from 17th January 2026 to 3rd February 2026.

Step 2: Enter your Name, Contact details, and Email-id. A provisional registration number and password will be generated and displayed on the screen. Make sure to note it down.
Step 3: Log in with the registration number and password.
Step 4: Fill in all your information and upload the signature and photograph as per the prescribed format.
Step 5: Check all your details and documents and click on “FINAL SUBMIT”.

The selection of candidates will be based on prelims and the mains examination. The candidates applying for the Development Assistant Hindi post will be undergoing a Language Proficiency Test.
The preliminary examination will be a 100-question test of 100 marks, with sections on English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. The exam will be of 60 minutes duration, with negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. Candidates will need to qualify this stage to proceed further.
The main examination will consist of an objective test of 90 minutes duration, covering Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. There will also be a 30-minute Descriptive English Language test of 50 marks. Negative marking of 0.25 marks will apply.
