Your existing subscription remains fully active and valid until its expiry date. You will continue to enjoy all the features available under your current plan without any disruption. Their remaining validity will be carried forward exactly as it is. If a student has multiple active subscriptions (e.g., Pass Pro and Pass Elite), the maximum validity among the subscriptions will be applied to the new Testbook Pass. For Free Users: Students who update the app will be able to enroll in the new Testbook Pass, which includes all the premium offerings previously available in Pass, Pass Pro, Pass Pro Max, and Pass Elite. They will also be able to purchase the new Testbook Pass without any platform fee.

You can access the solutions and detailed analysis of your attempted tests for as long as your Testbook Pass is valid, provided the individual test has not expired. Once a test expires, it can still be accessed for 15 more days after the test's individual expiry date.

The validity of your Testbook Pass depends on the plan you've purchased. You can check the expiration date on the Pass page or in your account settings within the app.

Once your Testbook Pass expires, you will no longer have access to Tests, Study Notes, Live Tests, Practice Questions, and other Pass features. To continue, you will need to renew your Pass. Attempted tests remain accessible for 15 days after their individual test expiry date.

Yes, all enrolled Test Series will be available throughout your Testbook Pass validity period. You will have access to the latest test series for every exam you are enrolled in.

Yes, all attempted tests are available for review during the active validity of your Testbook Pass, provided the individual test has not expired. Attempted tests remain accessible for 15 days after their individual test expiry date.

You can renew your Testbook Pass anytime by visiting the Pass page in your account, where all available plans are listed. Once the renewal process is completed, your validity will be extended as per the plan selected.

If you renew before your Pass expires, the remaining days of your current subscription are added to the new plan. For example, if you renew a monthly Pass with 20 days remaining, your total new validity will be 50 days.

Yes! With Testbook Pass, you can reattempt tests even after renewal. Your previously attempted tests remain accessible, and you can reattempt them as long as the tests are still within their active period.

Autopay is a recurring payment feature that automatically renews your Pass at regular intervals without manual intervention. You can identify Autopay-enabled products through the Autopay message shown in your UPI app during payment. You have full control and can cancel or pause the Autopay mandate at any time through your UPI app.
