The selection process for CBSE Superintendent 2026 is divided into two stages, which are mentioned below.

Stage 1: Tier-I Written Examination (Objective Type)

The first round is a computer-based test consisting of a multiple-choice questionnaire evaluating candidates on General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Hindi &English, and Computer Proficiency. The test consists of 100 questions for a total of 300 marks with a 2-hour time allotment. There shall be a negative marking of 1 point for each wrong answer. Stage 4: Document Verification

In the last stage, candidates who are taken on the list must produce the originals for verification, including educational certificates, ID proof, category certificates (if applicable), and any other documents relating to eligibility. Only those who successfully verify their documents will be considered for final appointment.
