Click on "Recruitment" in the menu header on top. It redirects you to the recruitment page.
In the recruitment page, click on "Recruitment of Superintendent 2025." The application form follows.
Fill in your details. After successful registration, you will get all the login details, like an application number and date of birth.

The selection process for CBSE Superintendent 2026 is divided into two stages, which are mentioned below.
The first round is a computer-based test consisting of a multiple-choice questionnaire evaluating candidates on General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Hindi &English, and Computer Proficiency. The test consists of 100 questions for a total of 300 marks with a 2-hour time allotment. There shall be a negative marking of 1 point for each wrong answer. The candidates have to score the pre-defined minimum qualifying marks in order to reach the next step.
Candidates who pass the Tier-I appear for the Tier-II Descriptive Test. This stage tests candidates in the area of domain knowledge and their written communication skills through tasks such as essay writing, letter writing, or official correspondence. The paper duration is for 3 hours and is conducted in descriptive or OMR format. Performance in this stage will be a major factor for short-listing candidates for the skill test.
Typing skill tests must be performed by candidates qualified in Tier-II. The minimum typing speed shall be 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi by computer. The typing test is qualifying; however, it will not be counted in final merit but will be compulsory for selection.
In the last stage, candidates who are taken on the list must produce the originals for verification, including educational certificates, ID proof, category certificates (if applicable), and any other documents relating to eligibility. Only those who successfully verify their documents will be considered for final appointment.
CBSE invites applications for the post of Superintendent, and to be eligible for this post, candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university, professed to be competent in office work and have at least basic computer knowledge. The age of applicants should not be less than 18 years and not more than 30 years. Candidates from reserved categories will be provided benefits of age relaxation as per the Government of India rules. The post is open for these interested and eligible candidates.
The post of Superintendent is in Pay Level 6 as per 7th CPC pay matrix in the range of ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400 per month. In addition to basic salary, House Rent Allowance (HRA), Dearness Allowance (DA), Transport Allowance (TA) as per Central Government and other benefits are entitled to candidates. It is a Group B post with good prospects for growth, promotion, and regular salary increments.
Admit cards pertaining to the CBSE Superintendent Recruitment 2026 will be made available online for downloading by the candidates from the official website of CBSE. It will also carry relevant information relating to the date and venue of the examination and candidate information. Admit card along with a valid photo ID will be taken to the exam center.
